This accredited list of hospitals, clinics, and doctors is where members can select where and from whom they get their care. IHC boasts of over 1,500 accredited hospitals and clinics nationwide.

Hospital Liaison Officers

IHC representatives that assist members for any of their needs and concerns in hospitals.

24/7 Medical Support Center

A 24/7 call center dedicated to address IHC members’ medical-related concerns such as LOA inquiries, availment procedures, etc.

InLife Health Mobile App

A mobile app that allows IHC members to access their member profile, request for LOAs, reimbursements, and callbacks, and other wellness features like medicine reminder and doctor’s notes.

Telemedicine

Doctors provide care to patients remotely, over phone or video calls.

POS Approval in Hospitals

A quick eligibility check for members. Allows for pre-approved consultations and laboratory tests by just swiping the member card.

HR Portal

A web portal that gives Corporate HR access to their billing and member enrolment content. They can also manage the turnover of member enrolment easily through the portal.

IHC Online Store

InLife Health Care’s online store with offerings of affordable sachet-type health plans. Everything is 100% digital from the buying process to the receiving of the health voucher.
